Service Advisor / Writer

What You’ll Do:

• Ensuring a best-in-industry customer experience
• Intake service requests & build accurate work orders in Fullbay
• Schedule & dispatch technicians for max productivity
• Source and coordinate parts
• Keep customers updated — always faster than they call you
• Close jobs & invoice with accuracy to protect margins

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Automotive/diesel/fleet background OR proven customer service/management experience with the drive to learn
• Highly motivated, organized, and solution-focused
• If you find yourself blaming “bad customers” instead of solving problems, this is NOT for you. Our clients expect high standards, and so do we.

Details:

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7–5
• Pay: Base + performance-based pay
