Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, and hospitality-minded Assistant Director of Admissions, Auditions, and Interviews. In this role, you aren't just managing a process; you are the architect of the first major milestone in a young artist's career. From coordinating global "On The Road" auditions to mastering the technical flow of online Zoom events, you will ensure every applicant receives red-carpet VIP treatment. At Berklee, your work directly supports the next generation of creative leaders.
The Role: Architect of the Applicant Journey
Reporting to the Associate Director, you will oversee the operational logistics and communications that power our world-renowned audition and interview (A&I) program. You will lead the charge to streamline procedures through technology while maintaining the personal "human" touch that Berklee is known for.

Hiring Range: $63,000 to $67,000; salary dependent on experience and education.
