We are expanding our Commercial & Residential Division and are seeking a motivated Acquisition/Cold Calling Representative to join our team at our Skokie headquarters.

Position Overview

The Acquisition & Cold Calling Representative contacting commercial and residential property owners introducing the IREA services in both divisions, identifying motivated sellers, and setting appointments for our brokers. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, goal-driven, and door knockers eager to grow in the real estate industry.

This is an in-person full-time position at our Skokie office.

Key Responsibilities

· Make high-volume outbound calls daily to property owners, leads provided by us

· Introduce IREA services and clearly communicate our value proposition

· Qualify leads by determining timeline motivation and condition of property

· Log and update all call outcomes in CRM (training provided)

· Set appointments for the Brokers

· Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining an authentic conversation flow

· Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and conversion goals

· Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call

· Work closely with the acquisitions and marketing teams to improve lead quality and results

· Door Knocking

Qualifications

· Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or phone sales preferred

· At least 2 years of Call Center experience

· Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and friendly phone presence

· Comfortable handling objections and following structured scripts

· Basic computer and CRM skills

· Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

· Ability to work full-time in-person at our Skokie headquarters

· Real estate experience is a plus

Schedule

· Full-time

· Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm

· In-person at our Skokie, IL office
