Candidate Experience + Onboarding Ownership

  • Support candidates through iCIMS onboarding (logins, forms, document uploads, task completion).

  • Provide step-by-step guidance, deadlines, and follow-ups to prevent fall-off.

  • Monitor candidates who are in background check / pre-employment status and push next actions.

High-Volume Recruiting Process Support

  • Move candidates through the funnel: review ? disposition ? schedule ? offer steps ? onboard.

  • Send consistent nudges/reminders via email/text/phone to keep the process moving.

  • Communicate clearly with candidates regarding next steps, timelines, and expectations.

  • Coordinate on:

  • interview availability and scheduling

  • candidate feedback turnaround

  • start date alignment and readiness

  • Escalate issues early (candidate delays, missing info, onboarding stuck points).

Data Entry / Reporting / Tracking

  • Maintain accurate status updates in ATS (iCIMS or similar):

? stage updates

? notes and activity logs

? disposition reasons

  • Track key items: background check status, onboarding completion, start dates, and exceptions.

Skills and Requirements

Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or comparable roles involving high-volume processing, candidate or customer support, hospitality, office management, registrations, intakes, or related experience.

Experience Managing deadlines, follow-ups, and problems in real time

Comfortable moving large numbers of candidates through steps quickly (apply ? screen ? interview ? offer ? onboarding).

Strong data entry or customer service experience

Comfortable hybrid schedule: going onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote Experience supporting onboarding workflows in iCIMS (preferred) or similar ATS (applicant tracking systems)
