Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Engagement Lead to oversee the delivery of complex enterprise solutions for a large-scale public sector project. This individual will serve as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring platform implementations align with organizational goals within a highly regulated FedRAMP environment.

The ideal candidate will possess deep ServiceNow expertise and a proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow engagements including scope, schedule, budget, governance, and parallel workstreams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and project leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and status reporting activities.
  • Ensure all platform configurations and architectural decisions comply with FedRAMP security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum and NowCreate methodologies to support successful project delivery.
  • Manage sprint planning, backlogs, and RIDAC logs.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and proactively resolve delivery roadblocks.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in professional services or IT consulting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations.
  • Extensive experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or SPM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Columbus, OH.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting public sector or government clients.
  • Experience working within FedRAMP or highly regulated cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise governance and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
