What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating and supporting commercial concrete operations on large scale projects
• Pre-pour planning, formwork readiness checks, rebar coordination, and embed verification
• Managing subcontractor coordination, concrete deliveries, pump truck access, and manpower sequencing during active pours
• Conducting QA/QC inspections before, during, and after concrete placement
• Collaborating with superintendents, project managers, engineers, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting scheduling, procurement, and project documentation
• Travelling within the Southeast United States as required by project needs

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of hands on commercial concrete construction experience
• Large scale project experience - data centres, warehouses, high rise, large commercial builds
• Familiarity with concrete sequencing, reinforcing coordination, inspections, and QA/QC procedures
• Procore experience preferred
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
