Program Coordinator - Extension HNES
Description & Details:
The Program Coordinator, under the supervision of the PI for the ND Lives Well grant, is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the program and for facilitating communication between stakeholders and the liaisons for the DHHS regional program directors to help ensure the initiatives meet the grant’s overall goals.
Program Planning and Execution: Coordinate the day-to-day operations, logistics, and scheduling of program activities from start to finish:
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as point of contact for DHHS regional program directors, trainers and develop good rapport with school district contacts:
Data and Evaluation: Gather information and surveys and analyze program data to evaluate impact and prepare reports for management or funders:
Travel: Local and overnight travel to facilitate trainings, visit partner institutions for annual trainings/workshops and to attend special events
Customer Service: Serve as the point of contact for NDSU’s ND Lives Well grant:

Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
