Hybrid Peer Support Provider

Seeking credentialed peer support providers for hybrid roles in NYC supporting behavioral health and community-based support needs.

Candidates must have one of the following credentials: CRPA, NYCPS, NYCPS-P, or YPA.

Services support Medicaid-enrolled children and adults through scheduled peer support focused on engagement, advocacy, skill-building, and connection to care and community supports.

This W2 position includes a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone sessions, with at least one in-person session per week. Providers may work with 2–4 clients, with approximately 12–18 hours weekly per client.

Session structure may include in-person sessions up to 3 hours, virtual sessions up to 2 hours, and phone sessions up to 1 hour. Client locations are determined based on provider/client fit and convenience.

Requirements:

Active CRPA, NYCPS, NYCPS-P, or YPA credential

Ability to provide both in-person and remote peer support services

Ability to travel within NYC based on client/provider fit

Professional communication, reliability, and documentation skills
