About theRole:
Utilizesskills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building,systems, equipment and grounds at our client locations, all within proximity ofeach other. Working under limited supervision, utilizes skills such ascarpentry, painting, furniture assembly, locksmith, minor plumbing andelectrical.
WhatYou’ll Do:
directivesrelated to building operations and work safety.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Occasional weekend work. Support 3 rd party vendors completing contracted work
Travel to other local client locations. 20%
Performs other duties as assigned
WhatYou’ll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2 + years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Universal CFC certification preferred. Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Self-starter and being proactive are very important.

The minimum salary for this position is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour] and the maximum salary for this position is -$65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour].
