Automotive Salesperson

VIP Motors is hiring an Automotive Salesperson to join our dealership team in Aurora, Indiana.

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable person who enjoys working with customers and has an interest in vehicles. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle, answer questions, follow up with leads, and assist with the sales process from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sales, customer service, or dealership experience who wants to grow in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online
• Help customers choose vehicles based on their needs and budget
• Explain vehicle features, options, and benefits
• Schedule and conduct test drives
• Follow up with leads and previous customers
• Work with managers and finance staff to complete sales
• Assist with trade-ins, pricing questions, and customer paperwork
• Keep customer information and follow-ups organized
• Help maintain the vehicle lot and keep inventory presentable
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must be organized and able to follow up with customers
• Bilingual is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay

• $10–$15 per hour
• Commission/bonus opportunities available
• Pay may be higher based on experience and performance

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• 20–40 hours per week
• Weekend availability may be needed
