As demand for therapy services continues to grow, we are expanding our clinical team and hiring both full-time and part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who are passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Position Overview

We are seeking Connecticut-licensed LCSWs to provide outpatient therapy services to a lifespan population, with opportunities available for both traditional full-time schedules and flexible part-time evening/weekend schedules.

This role is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, consistent referral volume, collaborative support, and the ability to provide meaningful care in a hybrid environment.

Opportunities AvailableFull-Time Opportunities

• Traditional weekday schedule
• Hybrid flexibility with a mix of in-office and telehealth sessions

• Available across Cheshire and Farmington locations

Part-Time Evening & Weekend Opportunities

• Minimum 10–24 hours per week
• Evening availability preferred (3pm–9pm EST range)
• Optional weekend hours available
• Flexible hybrid scheduling model

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults (age 7+ preferred; minimum age 13+ accepted)
• Deliver care through a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with peers and leadership through consultation and supervision
• Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LCSW license required
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team

CompensationFull-Time

• Competitive compensation structure based on experience and schedule
• Consistent referral volume and administrative support

Part-Time

• Session-based compensation ranging from $75–$80 per session
• Alternative hourly opportunities may be available depending on structure and schedule
