- Monitor covenant compliance and identify exceptions
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow data
- Partner with lenders to structure credit facilities
- Support lending staff with financial analysis and risk assessment
- Perform annual reviews, renewals, and portfolio monitoring
- Prepare credit memorandums with financial analysis, risk ratings, and repayment capacity evaluations
- Review collateral, appraisals, borrowing base certificates, and supporting documentation
- Assist with loan committee preparation and presentations
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of commercial and consumer loan relationships
- Support loan grading and risk rating accuracy
