IT Support Technician

Location: Hopkins, SC 29061 (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility)

Duration: 6–12 months with potential for extension or full-time conversion

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process: One video interview with hiring managers

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to join a fast-paced support team providing hands-on technical assistance in a 24/7 operational environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users across a variety of hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end users, including those working remotely
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Respond to escalated incidents as well as support requests via phone, email, and chat
• Monitor systems to ensure continuous IT support and quickly address any disruptions
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and telephones
• Perform PC imaging (Windows 10 required) and device setup
• Assist with setup, testing, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment
• Support hardware/software installations and answer routine technical questions
• Contribute to ongoing IT projects and tasks while following established procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 imaging and desktop support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting a variety of end-user devices and peripherals
• Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
