COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $19.29 per hour – Full Time
- 75% employer funded Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) or HRA option if preferred, after probationary period

STRUCTURE & TEAM
Step Denver’s Overnight Facility Coordinator is a full-time hourly position, standard schedule is Tuesday – Saturday 10pm – 6am, reporting to the Facility Operations Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Overnight Facility Coordinator reports to the Facility Operations Manager and is responsible for the general oversight of the Step Springs facility and its residents.
· Manage incoming calls regarding the Step Denver facility.
· Distribute approved resident medication as prescribed at resident request.
· Conduct bed checks to ensure that all residents have returned to and not left the facility.
· Clean and maintain of all floor surfaces.
· Empty all First Floor garbage receptacles.
· Replace any First Floor paper products in the dispensers that require them.
· Sanitize all counter and table surfaces in the First Floor common areas.
· Provide resident ‘wake-ups’ to those who have requested them.
· Provide the residents commendations or consequences when and where necessary with respect to their adherence to the Rights, Responsibilities and Rules of the facility.
· Administer urinalysis and breathalyzer tests to residents if necessary.
· Document all facility and resident information in the Daily Staff Report.
· Assist with resident Peer Coaching.
· Other duties as assigned by the Facility Operations Manager.

· Propose new ideas for programmatic improvements to management.
· Return phone calls, e-mails, and correspondence in a timely manner.
· Immediately advise supervisor of significant and unexpected problems.
· Promote and demonstrate teamwork and cooperation.
· Completes assignments, projects, reports, and paperwork accurately and timely.
· Safeguard all Step Denver property.
· Follow and enforce all of Step Denver policies and procedures. Act in a safe manner at all times.
· Act as a good steward of program funds & resources.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a general understanding of Janitorial and Security roles.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Required to participate in regular alcohol and drug testing.
