We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our expanding team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. **What the role involves:** - Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone - Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions - Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately - Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products - Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base **Qualifications** **What you’ll bring:** - Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus) - Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous) - A genuine interest in cars, or parts - Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate - A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!
