Job Description:
We're a local service and construction company looking for a sharp, reliable part-time receptionist to join our team. 30 hours per week.
- Answering phones and communicating with clients and technicians
- Scheduling and managing service tickets
- Processing invoices and tracking due payments
- Coordinating the construction schedule and keeping it organized
- Working within our in-house service software (we'll train you on this)
What you need to bring:
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive — non-negotiable
- Fast learner who can hit the ground running
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Patience, thick skin, and a can-do attitude — this is a real office, not a corporate one. Things move fast and you'll need to roll with it.
