Part-Time Receptionist / Office Coordinator — Rhode Island

We're a local service and construction company looking for a sharp, reliable part-time receptionist to join our team. 30 hours per week.

  • Answering phones and communicating with clients and technicians
  • Scheduling and managing service tickets
  • Processing invoices and tracking due payments
  • Coordinating the construction schedule and keeping it organized
  • Working within our in-house service software (we'll train you on this)

What you need to bring:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive — non-negotiable
  • Fast learner who can hit the ground running
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
  • Patience, thick skin, and a can-do attitude — this is a real office, not a corporate one. Things move fast and you'll need to roll with it.
