Job Description
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (RN First Assist) responsible for circulating and assisting in surgical procedures within a fast-paced operating room environment. The RN will support a variety of surgical specialties while ensuring patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols.This is a flexible day shift role requiring adaptability to either 5x8 or 4x10 schedules depending on operational needs. The position requires strong orthopedic and robotic surgery experience, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary surgical teams in a high-acuity perioperative setting.

Mandatory Skills / Experience

• Minimum 2.5–3 years of RN experience preferred
• Strong orthopedic surgery experience required
• Robotic surgery experience required
• Experience as OR RN Circulator required
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System required
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible scheduling as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operating room environment

Certifications

• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• CRNFA certification required

Weekly Pay - $2,600- $2,700/week
