This individual will lead and manage environmental investigation projects, balancing technical execution with client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable in the field, confident managing project budgets and schedules, and skilled at coordinating multidisciplinary teams. D2D:
Manage environmental site investigation projects from planning through execution
Prepare and oversee: Work plans, Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, and technical reports
Coordinate and oversee: Field scientists, Engineers. and Environmental technicians
Track project - Budgets, Labor hours, Expenses, and Change orders
Facilitate client meetings
Support proposal development and work with internal team
Manage project timelines effectively

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Environmental Science, Geology Natural Resource Management, Environmental / Geotechnical Engineering or related fields)
Prior environmental consulting experience (not lab-only)
4+ years' Experience with Environmental site investigations, Soil sampling, and environmental sampling
5+ Project management experience
Clean and Valid driver's license
Eligible to work on state-regulated sites - Master's degree
PG (Professional Geologist) certification
40-hour HAZWOPER certification
Experience working on Michigan-based projects
Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
