Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and dependable Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. This position supports landscaping operations during the spring and summer seasons and assists with snow removal services during the winter months for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and landscape maintenance

• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees

• Support hardscape installation projects and property cleanups

• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools

• Assist with snow removal operations including shoveling, salting, and plowing support

• Maintain safe and clean job sites

• Follow company safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethics

• Landscaping or snow removal experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates

• Bilingual/Spanish preferred

• Valid driver's license preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
