Join a global leader in the design and manufacture of aerospace hydraulic systems. We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to manage a high-impact portfolio of OEM, airline, and MRO accounts. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to drive excellence in the aerospace aftermarket.
The Role You will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing the entire fulfillment lifecycle from RFQ to delivery.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with executives and business contacts.
- Strategic Execution: Review contracts/RFQs, lead proposal kick-offs, and manage negotiations.
- Operations & Logistics: Monitor order status, TAT, and recovery plans for delinquent performance.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience in account management, contracts, or supply chain within a manufacturing/aerospace environment (OR High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Project, Excel) and contract compliance matrices.
- Compliance: Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations.
- Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA (90039).

Responsibilities
- Serve as the Point of Contact for customer account management matters.
- strong communication skills with internal and external customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Review contract, RFQ/RFP, coordinate with other functions internally to fully understand the requirements and prepare the quotes/proposals accordingly.
- Support gate reviews, contract negotiations, Customer Program Reviews and Audits as necessary.
- Lead onsite meetings, telecons, proposal kick off and tag-ups to meet the customers’ goals and objectives.
- Understand forecast to satisfy customer requirements and manage stock and rotable pool.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery schedule and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review customer claims and provide analysis for Finance/Accounting.
- Communicate effectively with customer on quotes, order status, TAT and issues.
- Negotiate and follow-up strategically with customers to obtain approvals on quotes and delivery schedule.
- Coordinate recovery plans for delinquent performances and analyze root cause and determine corrective action plans for issues.
