Material Handler - 1st Shift

This is a clean, organized environment handling premium consumer products—from luxury perfumes and cosmetics to spirits and fine wines.

What You’ll Do:

• Decasing: Safely open and unpack consumer goods (cases of beer, boxes of wine, drums of perfume, etc.).
  
  
• Line Feeding: Keep the rhythm going by placing products onto a moving conveyor belt for processing.
  
  
• Sustainability: Manage cardboard waste by feeding overhead conveyors and learning to operate a professional cardboard baler.
  
  
• Warehouse Flow: Maintain a clean, safe workspace to keep the facility running at peak efficiency.

• Skill Set: Forklift experience is a big plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn the baler are most important!

Responsibilities

Decasing
This job entails the decasing (opening) of consumer products, cases of beer, boxes of wine, perfume, cosmetics, drums of
perfume, spirits etc.,Details are opening the cardboard cases/boxes, dumping theproduct onto a moving conveyor belt then placing the box ontoa overhead moving conveyor feeding a baler, learn to operate a cardboard baler.
This is a standing job, must be able to stand/walk for duration of a 8 hr. work-shift, lift 50 lbs. Ability to operate a forklift is a plus, hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday, overtime required occasionally.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
