Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our production team. In this role, you will be the ultimate guardian of accuracy for high-volume commercial print and mailing campaigns. You will catch the tiny errors that others miss before documents hit the mail sorting machines. Key Responsibilities
- Live Auditing: Inspect high-speed print runs for ink smudges, color accuracy, registration alignment, and barcode readability.
- Data Verification: Cross-reference printed documents against master files to guarantee variable data, names, and mailing addresses match perfectly.
- Mail Compliance: Verify envelope inserting, sealing, and sorting align strictly with USPS mailing guidelines and client layouts.
- Defect Isolation: Flag, log, and immediately halt production lines when non-conforming print materials or data mismatches are detected.
- Documentation: Maintain precise daily shift logs, compliance checklists, and waste tracking records.

- Maintain Records: Document all inspection results, test data, and quality logs.
