Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a reliable and experienced warehouse professional to join our alloy manufacturing and warehouse operations. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on daily production work, material handling, and shipping/receiving. While you will help guide the workflow and act as a lead on the floor, this is not a desk-based position; it requires an individual who thrives in a physical, active industrial environment. **Familiarity with EHS guidelines a MUST HAVE for all applicants!!**  

salary: $48,000 - $57,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Executing daily operations: Managing the loading and unloading of trucks and operating forklifts and other equipment safely.
  
  
• Alloy Production: Performing production tasks including batch formulation, requiring high accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  
• Inventory & Logistics: Ensuring accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation for all materials while coordinating with sales and logistics to meet shipment deadlines.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Maintaining a clean, safe work area in strict compliance with EH&S standards and OSHA regulations.
  
  
• Leadership Support: Acting as a senior team member to direct workflow and providing backup support to the Warehouse Manager or Operations Supervisor when needed.
