Customer Service Specialist 2

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Assisting customers “post-issue” (annuitants with an established policy), performing address changes, claims questions, change in funding decisions, assisting with tax inquiries and any other related tasks servicing an annuity. This work will also include taking calls from our sister company, American National. Candidates will be trained on both company’s products. Call volume is roughly 50+ calls a day.

Qualifications: Customer service skills, quick learner/self-starter. Excellent attention to detail, professional written/verbal communication. Previous phone customer service experience required (will be handling inbound/outbound calls)

• Energetic, personable candidates, with a phone service background are required.
