salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6:15 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Audit daily work orders, correcting entries from the production lines and updating system hold codes to keep the flow moving
• Run daily reports to monitor WO status, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all processing schedules are met
• Records management including maintaining physical and digital archives, managing long-term storage stickers, and coordinating with Sales for underground pickups.
• Assist schedulers with daily functions and remain on-call for emergency processing needs to ensure our customers stay on schedule
