Pay: $62,000–$68,000 per year (starting base pay, bonuses included)

About Us

Fine Touch Services is a fast-growing lawn, landscape, and hardscape company serving Central Indiana. We specialize in high-quality landscape installations, hardscaping, drainage, lawn services, and outdoor transformations. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable team member who understands the landscaping and hardscaping industry and can confidently meet with clients, create project scopes, and help close sales.

Position Overview

This position combines remote office work with on-site client meetings. The ideal candidate must already have strong experience in landscaping and hardscaping and be able to confidently discuss plant materials, project layouts, grading, patios, retaining walls, drainage, and related outdoor projects with clients.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands the industry and can step in with minimal training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients on-site for landscape and hardscape consultations
• Build estimates and project scopes
• Educate customers on plants, materials, and project options
• Recommend solutions for landscaping, drainage, patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the sales process
• Perform remote office work from home
• Coordinate with office and production teams
• Follow up with leads and quotes in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of landscape and hardscape construction
• Experience identifying plant types and recommending plant material
• Understanding of pavers, retaining walls, edging, drainage systems, and outdoor living products
• Prior experience in landscape sales, estimating, or project consulting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduling efficiently

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience using landscape design software
• Ability to create landscape renderings or designs on a computer
• Experience with design programs such as Dynascape, Structure Studios, Pro Landscape, SketchUp, or similar software

Candidates with landscape design experience may qualify for higher compensation opportunities.
