Experienced Automotive Sales

ICT Used Cars is growing and looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales professional to join our team. We are looking for someone motivated, confident with customers, strong on follow-up, and able to help keep momentum moving in a fast-paced dealership environment. Finance experience is a plus.

This position is ideal for someone who can build relationships, handle the sales process from start to finish, communicate well with customers and teammates, and help elevate the team around them. Spanish-speaking applicants and women are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers in person, online, and over the phone
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
• Maintain customer follow-up and CRM/DMS activity
• Assist with financing and lender communication when needed
• Work closely with sales, finance, service, and management teams
• Help maintain a positive, accountable team environment

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience required
• Finance experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule

Monday–Friday 10am–6pm
Saturday 10am–4pm
