Location: Pataskala, OH
Schedule: MondayThursday | 4:15 PM 2:45 AM
Overtime: Friday 2:15 PM 10:45 PM
Starting Pay: $20.50/hr (*10% Shift Differential=$22.55/hr)

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Pataskala, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working as part of a team to meet production goals.

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude.

You will work closely with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams to help manufacture high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Support production operations to meet daily goals
• Operate tools, equipment, and production machinery safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines
• Assist with additional production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to read work instructions and use basic measuring tools
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to safely use production tools and equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
