QA/QC Coordinator – Electrical Mission Critical Construction (Data Center Experience Required)

Location: USA (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Per Diem + Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead QA/QC processes across large-scale construction projects
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, turnover documentation, and testing procedures
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain quality standards
  • Track deficiencies and drive issues through to completion
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for compliance
  • Support commissioning and final handover processes
  • Help ensure projects are delivered safely, correctly, and on schedule
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous QA/QC experience on data center construction projects
  • Experience within electrical, mechanical, or mission critical environments
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality processes and documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and leadership
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, or similar platforms is a plus
