Job Title: HVAC Technician – Service, Maintenance & Installation

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, and installing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring comfort, safety, and system efficiency for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).
• Install new HVAC equipment and components following manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and system recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
