Manufacturing Interpreter & Coordinator (Chinese & English)

We are a staffing agency based in Atlanta specializing in engineering/technician/business-related technical personnel. We are currently seeking individuals proficient in both Chinese and English for Interpreter positions at EV battery company located in Kentucky and Tennessee.

This position offers hands-on exposure to one of the fastest-growing EV battery manufacturing industries in the United States.

Candidates will gain practical experience working alongside global engineers, production teams, and international project operations.

Job Position:

Qualifications:

• CPT / OPT / STEM OPT / J-1 candidates may apply depending on eligibility
• Advanced proficiency in both Chinese and English required
• Korean language proficiency is a plus
• Trilingual candidates are strongly preferred
• Preference given to candidates with manufacturing, battery, or engineering-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or factory experience
• EV battery or automotive industry experience
• Engineering or technical educational background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to interpret technical and operational terminology is preferred

Work Environment:

• Salary: Competitive hourly pay starting from $25/hr and up depending on experience and qualifications.
• Working Hours: 5 days a week (up to 6 days) 8 hours a day (up to 12 hours)
• Location: Glendale, Kentucky

Physical Work Conditions

• Standing and walking for extended periods may be required
• PPE may be required in manufacturing areas
• Work may involve production floor environments with noise and active equipment

Note: This role is based in a factory setting, requiring standing for up to 12 hours, and is not an office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret between engineers, supervisors, and production operators
• Support communication during meetings, trainings, and field operations
• Assist with basic documentation and operational coordination
• Support safety communication and production-related discussions
• Provide language support for international project teams
