Overview:
Administrative Coordinator
- Pay: Negotiable, based on experience
- Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

What we're looking for:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required
- Associate’s Degree or technical certification within a related area preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of previous jobs related experience expected; preferred: 2 to 5 years of previous job-related experience
- A valid driver’s license; Access to vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- 18 years of age
- Preferred: Experience working in a large organizational office environment
As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll support UCP Central PA’s mission by keeping key systems, communications, and administrative processes running smoothly so staff have the tools and support needed to deliver quality services.
What You'll Do:
Maintain core business applications (i.e. Relias LMS, MatrixCare, Right Signature, and Smartsheets) and troubleshoot as needed.
Assist and troubleshoot access issues for employees who experience difficulties navigating business applications.
Create and distribute quarterly newsletters and other communications as needed; work collaboratively with the Director, Agency with Choice, and Systems Analyst to provide back-end support for the website and social media.
Conduct hands-on or virtual trainings as necessary to ensure employees using AWC technology systems have a good understanding of the systems.
Maintain all documents in Right Signature and annual Smartsheets to support staff; oversee file structure of all AWC files to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Assist Director, Managers, and AWC staff in delivering quality services; respond quickly to meet service line and staff needs to resolve problems.
Ensure the timely and accurate application of all administrative systems, including recording of time worked, submission of mileage/travel reimbursement and leave requests, and incident reporting.
