Position Duration & Employment Status:
This role is expected to last approximately six (6) months and is classified as a temporary position. While there is a possibility of conversion to a regular, full-time role based on individual performance, business conditions, and organizational needs, there is no guarantee of continued employment beyond the initial assignment.
Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage Invitations to Bid, construction documents, drawings and schedules.
  • Work with Project Managers to prepare proposals, compile pricing from multiple trades and send to bidding general contractors.
  • Work with Project Managers to assemble formal responses to Requests for Proposal from general contractors and owners.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns to update customers on current projects and secure future projects.
  • Provide administrative support for Project Managers.
  • Maintain communications with contractors and owners via phone and email.
  • Assist with the permit application process.
  • Manage licensed professional’s credentials and continuing education.
  • Assemble construction documents and cut sheets for use by field foremen.
Skills/Knowledge Required
The qualified candidate will possess but not be limited to the following:
  • Must be well versed using Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent math, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills including being able to recognize and correct grammar and spelling errors.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and customers with discretion and good judgment.
  • Ability to take direction well and follow through independently, prioritizing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Understanding basic construction terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to learn various project management software programs and marketing software
Hourly Compensation: $25-$30
