POSITION OVERVIEW:
Lead the development and implementation of corporate compliance programs related to data privacy, third party compliance, training and communications. Manage compliance-related tracking systems and databases
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor other employees in capacity as a subject matter expert (SME) on compliance-related policies, programs, assessments and projects
Lead the designing, implementing, managing and monitoring of compliance-related policies, programs, assessments, projects and related functions, including but not limited to Code of Conduct, antitrust, data privacy, conflicts of interest and anti-harassment & discrimination
Collaborate with field personnel and other functional departments to promote and enhance corporate compliance objectives
Facilitate and support corporate training and communications for internal customers. Ensure updated content, courses, communications and tools are available in proper format and languages and in an accessible location
Engage with multiple stakeholders to continuously improve how training and communications are delivered, tracked and reported
Develop and maintain knowledge of current compliance best practices and industry standards to support company and department goals and objectives
Collaborate with legal and compliance groups to develop process improvements that relate to compliance
Perform compliance trend analyses and make recommendations for further action regarding short and long-term business and compliance objectives
Assist in reviewing highly complex compliance assessments, draft recommended action plans, follow-up on action plans and communicate assessment results and recommended action, as needed
Develop, implement and maintain compliance program websites and policy management platform
Develop analyses, assessments and/or reports for the Board of Directors and executive management on compliance initiatives, metrics and best practices
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years’ experience in a corporate environment working in compliance, analytics, audit, investigative or related area
Experience with advanced compliance related software systems and databases
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with compliance vendors and all levels of employees across the company
Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple work demands
Strong project management, analytical, organizational, software/technical, human relations and communication/interpersonal skills
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Certification as a project manager or a compliance professional (e.g., CCEP) preferred

Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. Pay Range: $83,799.00 - $160,894.00 per year

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment.
