About the Role As Site Manager, you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of construction projects. You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, including but not limited to: * Lead and manage site delivery from project concept to handover * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams * Monitor and drive construction program progress * Champion Health & Safety compliance and quality standards * Manage site logistics, procurement, and material flows * Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and council inspectors * Maintain clear reporting and documentation * Support defect management What You’ll Bring This role suits someone with strong leadership experience in construction, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain high standards across safety, program, quality, and client satisfaction. * Proven experience as a Site Manager in medium-to-large construction projects * Strong site leadership and subcontractor management skills * Excellent understanding of H&S compliance frameworks and documentation * Ability to read construction drawings and make informed decisions * Outstanding organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills * A collaborative, values-aligned approach — putting people first How to Apply - If you’re ready to take your career to the next level with an ambitious and people-centric company, we’d love to hear from you.
