Job Responsibilities
Completing new employee documentation
Delivering new hire orientations
Maintaining employee personnel files
Calculating employee timecards
Completing government required documents / reports
Manage open job requisitions; Posting jobs, scheduling interviews
Manage employment law changes
Skillsets
Human Resource Experience Required
Employee new hire documentation (W2, I9, etc)
Typing skills (50 wpm mandatory)
Computer skills (Microsoft Windows & Office, HRIS System)
Organized
Strong math skills
Energetic
Self motivated
Ability to handle a fast paced environment
Must pass CORI review
