Gill Grilling Company is hiring for a summer camp in Livingston Manor, NY. We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our kitchen team for the summer season.

Positions Available

• 1 Camp Chef
• 4 Dishwashers / Kitchen Support Staff

Kitchen Support Staff Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
• Assisting with meal prep and serving
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
• Supporting the kitchen team during meal service
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures

Camp Chef Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for campers and staff
• Help manage kitchen operations and meal service
• Maintain food quality, organization, and cleanliness
• Assist with inventory and kitchen coordination
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable team players with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Prior kitchen experience preferred for chef positions
• Willingness to learn and help wherever needed
• Weekend availability may be required
