Job Title: Invoice Processor / Payroll Assistant
Job Description
The Invoice Processor and Payroll Assistant plays a crucial role in managing company cash flow and employee pay by processing vendor invoices, verifying timesheets, and preparing payroll data. This position requires the reconciliation of invoices, ensuring compliance, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial and employee records to support both HR and Accounts Payable functions.
Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and code invoices for accuracy, matching them against purchase orders (POs) and contracts.
Ensure invoices are approved by appropriate personnel and enter data into accounting systems or ERPs.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve disputes regarding payments.
Manage invoice archiving, digital filing, and audit documentation.
Maintain accurate, confidential electronic records for employees and vendors.
Prepare reports, including invoice aging and payroll summaries.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts payable, payroll, invoice processing, and invoicing.
Proficiency in payroll processing and purchase order management.
Proficiency in UKG
Strong data entry skills, particularly in Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
High attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to handle confidential information.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, working Monday through Friday with an 8-hour shift. Start and end times are flexible.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
