Pay: $25/ Hr.

Schedule: (Mon.- Fri.) 7am-3pm, plus overtime as needed

We’re looking for a welcoming, reliable Service Counter Representative to be the first point of contact that greets our customers and helps them feel taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering phone calls, scheduling, and organizing work for our repair department.
• Maintaining inventory and preparing repair orders by describing the symptoms, problems and the customers’ concerns.
• Processing warranty claims & entering relevant data into repair service software.
• Working closely with technicians to order and pick parts
• Creating, reviewing, and closing work orders ensuring accurate parts and labor are invoiced.
• Reconciling bills for Accounting Department.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, professional attitude and great communication skills
• Automotive or Heavy Truck parts experience Computer literate, experience with Dossier fleet software a plus
• Someone who’s dependable, proactive, and ready to be part of a team
• A valid driver’s license
