Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user IT support for onsite and remote employees
Prepare, deploy, and configure new workstations, laptops, and software
Redeploy, decommission, and securely wipe equipment in accordance with IT policies
Perform quarterly backups and secure hard drive wipes
Maintain workstation and server antivirus and endpoint security tools
Monitor, investigate, and remediate antivirus and cybersecurity alerts
Ensure password and security policies are consistently followed
Apply operating system and software updates as directed by the IT Manager
Conduct annual workstation audits, documenting hardware, OS, software, and compliance
Remediate any policy or security issues identified during audits
Assist with IT projects and other technical initiatives as needed

Skills and Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles
Strong Windows laptop support experience
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Planner, and related tools)
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Strong customer service mindset and ability to build rapport with internal users Nice-to-Have Skills
SentinalOne experience
BitLocker encryption experience
macOS support experience (limited number of users)
VOIP support experience (RingCentral)
