All Size Manufacturing Inc. is an established and growing manufacturing company expanding operations with the opening of our second facility in Yankton, South Dakota.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on General Manager to lead this new location and play a key role in the continued growth of the company.

This is a high-impact leadership position working directly alongside company ownership to help build, lead, and optimize daily operations, team performance, and long-term success.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our new manufacturing facility, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, workplace safety, and strong team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized leader, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position will initially focus on assisting ownership and maintenance teams with setting up and launching operations at the new facility. As production ramps up, the role will transition into full plant management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage daily plant operations

· Work closely with ownership on operational strategy and growth initiatives

· Coordinate with other company locations to maintain consistent processes and standards

· Supervise production scheduling, staffing, workflow, and productivity

· Ensure quality control standards are consistently maintained

· Monitor and improve operational efficiency and cost control

· Build, mentor, and develop a strong production team

· Maintain and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures

· Coordinate purchasing, logistics, and inventory management

· Assist with hiring, training, and employee performance management

· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across operations

Qualifications

· Previous management experience in manufacturing or industrial operations

· Strong leadership and team-building abilities

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with production planning, quality control, and process improvement

· Strong communication skills and professionalism

· Mechanical aptitude or technical manufacturing knowledge is considered an asset

· Proficiency with computers and operational reporting systems
