This is a hands-on, physical role that supports both sampling and warehouse operations. You’ll be cutting materials, organizing inventory, and helping keep products moving efficiently.

Ideal for someone who likes to stay busy, takes pride in organized work, and doesn’t need constant direction.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and restock product samples by cutting and assembling materials
• Locate and identify rug materials and colors within the warehouse
• Cut carpet and rug scraps into sample sizes using tools and equipment
• Operate cutting tools, die press equipment, and other machinery
• Keep sampling areas organized, labeled, and fully stocked
• Assist with shipping, including using FedEx software
• Support warehouse tasks such as wrapping goods and filling orders
• Work independently and with a small team to meet daily goals

• Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction
• Comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to jump in wherever needed—no task is “not my job”
• Able to learn and retain product details (materials, colors, styles)
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials (50–100 lbs)
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
• Comfortable using tools and warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
