Our services are provided in the natural environment (home, daycare, babysitters, community, etc) and use a coaching model. Make your own schedule, receive a high compensation rate, mentorship, comprehensive training & support, working with an awesome team of ST, OT, PT and Special Instructors.

Step By Step Pediatric Therapy is a therapist owned private practice that has been providing comprehensive services for young children and their families for over 25 years. Our therapists and special instructors are extremely qualified and knowledgable working with young children and their families, with 90% of the team having over 10 years experience, and many with 15+ years. We are currently serving children in early intervention in the following counties: Berks, Lebanon, Lancaster.

Skills Needed: Must be a Master's level Speech Language Pathologist with experience working with infants and toddlers. We provider services in the home and community using a coaching model. Experience with feeding/swallowing, augmentative communication, PECS, sign, articulation, autism preferred, but will provide mentoring. Will consider a new grad. with strong pediatric experience and completed CCC's

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $78.00 - $85.00 per hour
