Assembler (Adh)

Job Description

Job Duties


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and apply adhesives and epoxy to circuit boards following engineering specifications.

  • Utilize precision tools including syringes, dispensers, and automated systems.

  • Ensure clean, even, and defect-free application of adhesives.

  • Clean and prepare circuit board surfaces to promote proper adhesion.

  • Inspect and verify surfaces for contaminants and proper adhesion quality.

  • Monitor curing processes and adjust techniques as needed.

  • Perform visual and mechanical inspections on completed work.

  • Accurately track time on jobs and maintain required documentation.

  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

  • Participate in quality initiatives and continuous on-the-job training.

Minimum Education Required


High school diploma or GED, or 3-6 months related work experience.

Minimum Experience Required


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with adhesives/epoxy in electronics manufacturing preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a green card holder (due to ITAR regulations).

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 pounds.

  • Must be able to differentiate colors and work with small components.
