What we do:
The Village Family Service Center is seeking a clinician to join a strong team committed to empowering clients and their families. This clinician would provide outpatient services within our clinic as well as within a surrounding area school. The Village provides therapy services within area schools during the school day to assist in meeting the mental health needs of children and eliminating the transportation barrier.
As a Clinician you will be required to have a Master's degree in the behavioral health field with a license (ex: LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP and will also accept LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT if working towards higher licensure); have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs, risks and strengths, while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults, couples, and families and, children by following and maintaining excellent case management standards.
Pay Range: Non fully licensed Clinicians starting at $56,000 plus incentive pay and fully licensed Clinicians starting at $61,000 plus incentive pay.
