Schedule: Monday–Friday | 35 Hours per Week
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 Annually

Position Overview

A respected healthcare organization in New York is seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist to join its laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is ideal for a laboratory professional with strong chemistry experience and proven leadership abilities in a clinical setting.

The selected candidate will support daily laboratory operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and assist in supervising laboratory workflow within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee clinical laboratory testing procedures
• Support daily chemistry laboratory operations and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance and safety standards
• Assist with staff coordination, supervision, and operational support
• Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and quality control procedures
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with leadership to improve laboratory efficiency and performance
• Follow all regulatory and organizational laboratory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or qualified Clinical Lab Technologist (CLT)
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant clinical laboratory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Physical Sciences, or a related field

OR

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar laboratory environment with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong chemistry laboratory experience required
• Experience overseeing laboratory operations and workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
• 2+ years of experience overseeing laboratory staff and daily operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
