Salary: $87k-$130k DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Rotating weekends

Position Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance strategy, people, and systems to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime in a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations and Engineering to support production goals, improve asset reliability, and maintain a safe, efficient facility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and teams to ensure consistent, safe execution of work
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime
Implement and sustain best-in-class maintenance systems including TPM, RCM, and root cause analysis
Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to support production needs
Serve as escalation point for complex equipment and process issues
Partner with Engineering to optimize equipment reliability and long-term asset performance
Track and analyze maintenance KPIs including downtime, OEE, PM compliance, and reliability metrics
Use data to drive continuous improvement and cost control initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
Provide leadership coverage during off-hours or critical operational events as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience leading maintenance teams or supervisors in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge including PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial equipment
Hands-on experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Working knowledge of TPM, RCM, and work order management systems
Proficiency with CMMS systems, SAP PM preferred
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
