Business Analyst

Job Description

This role is responsible for building and maintaining KPI dashboards to support the aircraft program, with a strong focus on identifying trends, analyzing spikes, and determining key drivers impacting performance. The individual will work hands-on with data, including cleaning, transforming, and structuring datasets before developing end-to-end dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. They will create data visualizations for both operational and executive-level reporting, manage and update existing dashboards, and ensure proper access and security for ongoing use. This person will also troubleshoot data and reporting issues, develop standardized reporting decks, and continuously look for opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency across quality systems and analytics functions.

Background in quality systems or quality engineering

Experience creating standardized reporting decks/templates

Experience creating executive-level dashboards

Ability to analyze trends and identify performance drivers Experience with automation of reporting processes

Aerospace or 787 program experience
