Summary THIS IS AN INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is part of the IN JFHQ CAJMTC MCCO, Indiana National Guard under Position Description Number D0925000. Responsibilities Assists the Training Administrator with the Total Army School System (TASS) in accomplishing command coordinating authority responsibilities. Identifies and implements required modifications of Programs of Instruction (POI) in accordance with regulations and the requirements and situation of the institute. Serves as primary point of contact on matters relating to approved ARPRINT conducted at the institute. Conducts briefings for various groups and individuals to promote RTI programs. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications MILITARY GRADES: E5 through E8. COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: 71 SERIES, 01A Individual Occupational Requirement: Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- education or a subject area related to the position to be filled. OR Experience that provided evidence of the ability to instruct students in the use of equipment, principles, or practices of the subject or occupation. This experience may have been gained as a teacher or instructor; in on-the-job supervision or instruction of subordinates or fellow workers; or in work involving application of the principles, practices, and techniques of the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled. AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. In addition to meeting the basic entry qualification requirements, experience demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and the methods and techniques of instruction. Experience that demonstrated a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: Teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, or industrial establishment in the appropriate field(s). Supervising or administering a training program. Development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results. Work in the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled that required training or instructing others on a regular basis. Education To receive credit for Education, you must provide transcripts or documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position. To meet Individual Occupational Requirement listed under "Qualifications" section on education alone must have either Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.
