Job Summary:

As the Manager of Autism Programming and Services, you direct and oversee all programs and services for children with autism offered through the hospital.

You will supervise all program behavior analysts, behavior technicians, and support staff. You oversee and are responsible for financial and advocacy obligations.

In this role, you are the liaison to all local and national agencies and ensure appropriate resources are available to the community.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Master’s degree in a Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology or one of the following disciplines: special education, speech psychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, art therapy, music therapy, or related field, from accredited institution.
  • Skills: Ability to be self-motivated, work independently, exhibit enthusiasm and demonstrate patience with the students. Must be able to input and retrieve information from a computer.
  • Years of Experience: 3 years of experience with children with autism in ABA settings.
  • Certification: Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and Behavior Analyst in the state of practice.
